​We love our toddlers!  This age group is so much fun because they are learning about the world around them in rapid speed.  We have a few proven strategies that help us keep up with their vastly growing brains and bodies.  Toddlers are introduced to:

​

• The Kids Table - We start to teach them table manners, like using silverware, and please and thank you.

• CircleTime - Every day we work on shapes, colors, numbers, and most of all patience and focus!

• Independence - We challenge our toddlers to do it themselves, starting with simple things like putting on their own outdoor clothes, or cleaning up the room.

• Monthly Themes - Our toddler teachers create monthly themes to cater to the interests of the friends in the classroom.  

• Fine Motor Skills - Our games and toys are catered to developing these skills and toddlers are introduced to games and projects that teach them how to manipulate objects and use their minds and bodies.

Larger groups of toddlers are broken up in to separate groups based on age and development needs.  This allows us to keep groups small which means we can focus on each child's individual needs. Our toddler room staff are dedicated to strong communication with families and will be sure to provide regular and consistent daily updates about your child's development as well as their changing needs and personality.  We use an application called Brightwheel to ensure regular, real-time updates

All of our classrooms are outfitted with an ample supply of age appropriate toys and activities.  We use the Department of Human Services recommended supplies​ list as a guide.
